Caldicot Town Football Club is run by a Committee of volunteers currently consisting of three Officers, and twelve general Committee members, voted on at the annual AGM. This team are responsible for the running both the football and the social element of the club .

Through nominations submitted, the club has a number of "Life Members" and also holds positions for a President and Vice Presidents who do not exercise any decision making powers within the club, but whom contribute financially to it's running.
